Well its the 1st of December and that means our kids (including me) get to start opening our Advent Calendars. My Daughter has the Friends, my Son has the Star Wars and I have the City one.

For day One in the Star Wars Calendar we get an Astromech Droid, R5-F7 has been seen in the 9495: Gold Leader's Y-wing Starfighter.
He has front printing on his.... torso? and printing all around his.... head.

My Son LOVES Astromech Droids... So you should have seen his face when this was behind the first door. :)

For day one it was kind of fun to see what each of us had got. We all got a Minifig/doll... so Not much to build today. One thing I did notice is that in each of the calendars the numbers are all in the same positions. So when we did the first one we knew exactly where the other ones were going to be. Maybe mix it up next time around. After all, part of the fun is trying to find the day we need to open so we can build.

That is it for Day One of the Advent Calendar. Check in each day to see what the next build will be.

Thank you for dropping by. See you tomorrow!

Tan Tile out!
